Compassionate, Trauma Informed Pediatric Occupational Therapy for Children & Families.
At Occupational Therapy Services, Inc., our mission is to help children grow, connect, and thrive through compassionate, evidence-based occupational and speech therapy. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate fully in life—at home, at school, and in the community.
We partner closely with families to build the skills that support independence, confidence, and meaningful relationships. Through play-based, trauma-informed, and strength-centered care, our therapists create a safe and nurturing environment where every child’s unique abilities can shine.
Our commitment extends beyond the clinic walls. We collaborate with caregivers, educators, and community partners to ensure that every child we serve has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential and experience success in everyday life.
At Occupational Therapy Services, Inc., we recognize that every child and family’s experiences shape the way they see, feel, and engage with the world. Our trauma-informed approach to occupational therapy is built on understanding, compassion, and safety—ensuring that each child and family feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
Trauma can affect how we process information, interact with others, and participate in daily routines. Our therapists are specially trained to identify the impact of stress and trauma on sensory regulation, emotional well-being, and behavior. By approaching each child through a trauma-informed lens, we help create a foundation of trust and security that allows true growth and healing to occur.
Occupational therapy enables people of all ages to participate in daily living. Occupational therapy promotes health, well-being, and participation.-AOTA

We are so grateful for you, Henry! You are such a blessing to the special needs community in Las Cruces!
Mr. H I want to personally Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and kindness. You have SAVED so many families mine including simply by providing both children and families with the proper tools we need in order for our children to become successful responsible adults. I will forever be greatful for you and your family.
Henry is amazing!!... so grateful for all the incredible work he did with my son.
Thank you for all you did for our family, the tools and knowledge you gave us are something we still use everyday. You and Madison are still apart of [my child's] conversations when he does something that reminds him of therapy.
Madison has been absolutely amazing with my son. She has such a genuine passion for helping children manage their ADHD symptoms, and it is very clear that she truly cares about the well-being of every child she works with. She has given me so much insight into the way my son's brain works and how he processes things. That understanding has helped me become more patient, more compassionate, and honestly, a better parent. I have learned how to better support him instead of simply reacting to his behaviors, and that has made such a difference for our family.
Lupe has been wonderful with my toddler. With her help, we have seen such a positive change in how my daughter handles her emotions. We are no longer experiencing the same meltdowns we were before, and she is learning how to identify and communicate her feelings much better. One of the biggest things she has taught me is the art of redirection, and it has been incredibly helpful in our day-to-day lives.
